GYB COLT League for Spring/Summer 2010 is full. Additional applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Registration for 2010

 

 

REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN for Shetland, Pinto and Mustang only.

"Though practice has begun, there are still a number of spots available for Pinto and Shetland leagues.  Registration for these leagues will be closed April 15."

 

 

Openings will be filled on a first come, first served basis based on envelope postmark.  While there are openings now, GYB cannot reserve or guarantee available spots.

Instructions and address for MAIL IN Registration follow:

1) Complete the registration from and related documents.

2) Write 2 checks payable to Gurnee Youth Baseball as follows:

2.1) Write check#1, for the applicable league fee + $10.00 (capital improvement fee) with today's date;

2.2) Write check #2, for the volunteer fee of $100.00 dated 6-01-2010. If you complete a volunteer assigment during the 2010 season this check will be returned to you after 6-01-2010.

3) If your child has never played in GYB, we will need a copy of a birth certificate . So if you are new to GYB, please include a copy of the birth certificate in your return envelope.

4) Mail the registration forms, (if necessary, copy of birth certificate), and payments to:

GYB Refund Policy

 

All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. ($5.00 for fall ball).
 
For Spring/Summer season
 
1) Refund requests received prior to draft for all levels except Shetland & Pinto, will only be subject to processing fee. (Shetland & pinto, request received prior to March 1)
 
2) Refund requests received after draft but prior to first schedule game for all levels except Shetland & Pinto, will only be eligible for 50% refund. (Shetland & Pinto, request received after March 1 but prior to first schedule game is subject to 50%)
 
3) Refund request received after first schedule game are not eligible for refunds. If you feel there is a special circumstance (injury, move), the league President and league Supervisor will review.  However, will only be eligible for up to 50%.
 
Volunteer fees will be refunded up to the date of the first schedule game. 
 
 Fall Ball Season
 
1) Refund requests received prior to  August 1, will be subject to to processing fee only.
 
2) refund requests received after August 1 but prior to scheduled first game, will only be eligible for 50%.
 
3) Refund request received after scheduled first game are not eligible for refunds. If you feel there is a special circumstance (injury, move), the league President and league Supervisor will review.  However, will only be eligible for up to 50%.
 
 
Refund requests must be forwarded to league Registrar and league Supervisor.
