All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. ($5.00 for fall ball).
For Spring/Summer season
1) Refund requests received prior to draft for all levels except Shetland & Pinto, will only be subject to processing fee. (Shetland & pinto, request received prior to March 1)
2) Refund requests received after draft but prior to first schedule game for all levels except Shetland & Pinto, will only be eligible for 50% refund. (Shetland & Pinto, request received after March 1 but prior to first schedule game is subject to 50%)
3) Refund request received after first schedule game are not eligible for refunds. If you feel there is a special circumstance (injury, move), the league President and league Supervisor will review. However, will only be eligible for up to 50%.
Volunteer fees will be refunded up to the date of the first schedule game.
Fall Ball Season
1) Refund requests received prior to August 1, will be subject to to processing fee only.
2) refund requests received after August 1 but prior to scheduled first game, will only be eligible for 50%.
3) Refund request received after scheduled first game are not eligible for refunds. If you feel there is a special circumstance (injury, move), the league President and league Supervisor will review. However, will only be eligible for up to 50%.
Refund requests must be forwarded to league Registrar and league Supervisor.
